Aya Kakisawa is the chef and owner of Roppongi Hills in Japan which serves sushi made just from vegetables.  If you order the “tuna” nigiri you will find it is filleted tomato and compote and the orange “uni” sea-urchin is carrot crème.   Kakisawa also has a bakery, Potager, where carrots, leeks, tomatoes and other leafy things become delicious desserts.  You can try a green sponge cake infused with calcium-rich mustard-spinach where mini red tomatoes replace the strawberries, leeks in a baked cheesecake or edamame pudding.  Kakisawa created the idea, both are first in the world in their respective vegetable-fusion categories, after realizing that many restaurants in Japan don’t understand vegetarian needs.   She stated that “even at these so-called ‘vegetable’ restaurants here, you’ll find they serve most of their dishes with bacon.”   Kakisawa may be on to something here and I would not be surprised if the trend does not catch on and we see many vegetarian sushi restaurants, especially in popular posh metropolitan cities.

Wearing name tags all the time is a hassle! But my boss makes me do it!

1.     For starters, I need to choose what my new name badges for work will look like, or will I even be issued one. They may not issue me one at all and I will have to buy my own. And I will also be selling a lot of television sets and I don’t know the difference between the major brands of the different televisions that we sell and how far the prices can change. I guess they will teach me all the different prices when I get on the job and hopefully I get the commissions from all of the sales that I make when I am in training. I guess only time will tell, but im really nervous about it.

 

I love my new pokemon pillow. I stay awake all day to be able to sleep with this pillow at night time. IT has three different pokemon on the front of the pillow and the pillow is two different colors. As a matter of fact, I think I have had this pillow since I was in middle school. I still cant believe that I have had this pillow for so long, ive had this pillow longer than I have been wearing name badges.

I usually drool when I sleep with this pillow, it fits my head perfect and it cups my neck so I don’t get any cramps in my neck.
